  • RFQ and supplier data including category, capacity, B-BBEE and compliance information you provide.
  • Technical data such as device, browser and visit data needed to operate the site securely.
  • Cookies — essential cookies are always set; optional analytics cookies only after consent.

3. How we use it

  • To respond to enquiries, quotations and supplier registrations.
  • To fulfil contracts and meet legal obligations (e.g. tax, B-BBEE, audit).
  • To improve our services and protect the site against fraud and abuse.

4. Lawful basis

We process information on the basis of your consent, our legitimate interests in running the business, and to perform a contract or comply with the law.

5. Sharing

We share information only with vetted service providers (hosting, communications, payment) under written agreements. We never sell personal information. Cross-border transfers are made only to jurisdictions providing adequate protection.

6. Retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes stated above or to comply with legal obligations, then securely delete or anonymise it.

We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards including encryption in transit, role-based access control, audit logging and supplier due diligence. No system is 100% secure; we work continuously to reduce risk.

8. Your rights

Subject to POPIA you may request access, correction, deletion or objection. To exercise any right, contact our Information Officer below. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa).
